[Birdtalk] BLACK AND WHITE WARBLER

The black and white warbler was highly visible.  It was seen sitting on a log in the small pond.  It perched there for 5 to 10 minutes, enabling birders to examine it, and take all the pictures they wanted.
I used Tim Avery's 9-17-07 report, as my check off sheet, and found most of the birds he mentioned.  Several not mentioned, but seen today were: ring-neck pheasant, yellow and yellow-rump warblers, song sparrows, raven, northern flickers, and western wood-pewees.
