Just a reminder we will have the gate open after hours tonight at Farmington Bay. The gates will be opened by 6:00 p.m. I hope to get there about 5:30.
Please follow the auto loop so everyone will be going in the same direction. Follow the main road to the gate that is at the base of the elevated area they call Goose Egg Island. Pass through that gate and go south on the main dike road to the 4 way intersection, the loop to follow is to pass through the south gate which will be the only gate of the three down there that will be open and follow the loop around and exit at the North Gate which is just south of the offices. It is important to stay on the main road around the loop, the side/service roads can be treacherous and there are a lot of traps out there. We will need every one to travel in the same direction on the interior loop. Hopefully there will be several of the volunteer naturalists there to help with directions.

Hope you can make it
Steve
