[Birdtalk] Neotropic Cormorant

Hi Folks -

Would appreciate it if anyone who sees the Neotropic Cormorant in the next week or so would post the sighting.  I know sometimes we quite posting the rarities because we think everyone who wants to see the bird already has; but, there's still at least one slowpoke in the birding community (say Pomera) who's looking for an opportunity to make her way south.
