[Birdtalk] parley's owl

Many thanks to Deedee and Jeff B. for their posting on the Western Screech Owl.  I arrived there Monday at 6:30 pm and located some agitated Jays in the vicinity of the owl tree.  they seemed to be giving up on a mobbing.  I looked all over and couldn't find the owl, when it poked its head up from out of the hole in the tree.  I was able to watch it there for a few minutes, and then followed it as it made three short flights.  The fourth time I lost it and the light was fading fast.
