[Birdtalk] Glenn Barlow

Without a doubt, Glenn Barlow of Fruit Heights is the most cell phone
connected birder in Utah.  In his cell phone he probably has three or four
dozen phone numbers of Utah birders with whom he communicates.  He has
birded with many in-state birders as well as hosting out-of-state birders.

I tell you this because Glenn's wife Norma experienced a massive stroke on
October 11th.  She is being treated at the Dee-McKay Hospital in Ogden. I
assume that Glenn's many birding friends would want to know.

Norma and Glenn are kind and good people--truly Christian in their behavior.
As some of you know, they adopted and are raising five of their
grandchildren who have presented ample challenges beyond that of merely
being in their pre-teens and teenagers.

In the days and months ahead, may we remember Norma and Glenn in our
thoughts and prayers.
