[Birdtalk] Auto Tour Route CLOSED today at Bear River

Birders:

The auto tour route at Bear River Refuge will be closed all day today, as
staff is conducting a 1,000-acre prescribed burn.  The tour route will be
open tomorrow - Thursday.  You CAN drive the road out to the refuge, but
you will be stopped and turned around near the wooden information kiosk,
which is about 1 mile before the beginning of the auto tour loop.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we've gotta get rid of that dang
phragmites!  If you would like more detailed information about our
phragmites control plan, or the purpose of the burn today, go to the
refuge's web site home page - there's a link.
