[Birdtalk] Crossbills in Sugarhouse, SLC

Hello, everyone!
 
The highlander invasion continues.  Not only have mountain chickadees and red-breasted nuthatches found themselves on my yard list in Sugarhouse (10th East) for the first time this autumn, but today a Red crossbill bathed in front of me in the little brook that flows through Fairmont Park.  It was nice (and comfortable) to watch it at eye level.  This one had a real honker of a hooked bill (whatever type that might make it).
