[Birdtalk] White-throated Sparrow

Hi all --

I had a White-throated Sparrow (tan morph) visting a ground feeding
station in my back yard Sunday, 10/11. It hung around most of the day.
My wife thinks she saw two of them late in the afternoon, but only got
a fleeting look at one so she didn't count it.

Other birds in my Oak City, Millard Co. yard on 10/11/07 - in no
particular order:

House Finch
House Sparrow
Cassin's Finch
Mountain Chickadee
Red-breasted Nuthatch
Pine Siskin
American Goldfinch
Spotted Towhee
White-crowned Sparrow
American Robin
Dark-eyed Junco
Northern Flicker
Common Raven

As an aside - there's one less starling now. I watched a Merlin enjoy
one for dinner Sunday evening in the Sinks area north of Oak City.
