[Birdtalk] Bohemian Waxwings in Cache Valley

Stephen mentioned the Bohemian Waxwing's distinctive trill; the small group 
that I saw earlier this week caught my attention because they were trilling. 
Had they not been trilling, I would have glanced up quickly from the 
weedwacker and passed them off as starlings because they were strongly 
backlit. Ten minutes after they left, a large flock of Cedar Waxwings landed 
in another tree and I could hear just one Bohemian. I waited until the whole 
flock left; the Bohemian was the last bird to fly.

Knowing their call is the best way to know when one or more of these birds 
is present. The call is more robust and lower-pitched than the Cedar 
Waxwing's whistle or wheeze and may be easier to hear. Here's a link to
