Message: Last weekend I went out on Saturday and Sunday to the Jordanelle Wetland area. I saw a Sandhill Crane fly over and captured photos of it, many Yellow Warblers, a Song Sparrow, Male Bullocks Oriols, Cedar Waxwing, Canadian Geese with babies some other ducks I cannot identify and Swallows flying around the bridge. In my Midway backyard habitat, I've been seeing Doves, Black-headed Groosebeaks (male and female), Lazuli Buntings, American Goldfinch, House Finches, Pine Siskins, Magpies, Scrub Jays, Starlings, Hummingbirds and Northern Flickers. I thought I saw a Spotted Towhee yesterday in the community along with some hawks in the distance. My neighbor said she spotted a Mountain Bluebird this last week. I've also been watching some Meadowlark and Killdeer, Osprey and Robins over at Soldier Hollow in Midway.
