[Birdtalk] Lakefront Birding 07-May

Today I birded Antelope Island, Willard Bay, Bear River, NWR, and Glover
Lane along the Great Salt Lake. Nothing spectacular of note. I was
unable to relocate the Turnstone reported yesterday by the Beyer's.
Migration seems to be back into swing. Some of todays highlights are as
follows:
~~Antelope Island
500 - Black-bellied Plover (numbers seemed to have fluxed yet again)
2 - Snowy Plover
1 - Semipalmated Plover
50 - Red-necked Phalarope
12 - Sandhill Crane
Several hundred peeps and a couple hundred Sanderling way too far too
the north to look at.
1 - Northern Waterthrush (still along the fence line at the Ranch)
1 - Willow Flycatcher
1 - Western Wood-Pewee
2 - Grasshopper Sparrow (in there usual hangout):

And on the road to Garr Ranch I watched a Long-billed Curlew dive
bombing a raven. It was probably one of the coolest interactions I've
see in some time:

2 - Warbling Vireo
2 - Lazuli Bunting
