A flock of about 20 Eurasian collard doves overwintered in Randolph, Rich County Utah last winter. Another slightly larger flock overwintered in Evanston Wyoming, so if I were to look for the doves in Summit county I would search the suburbs just to the west of Evanston. Regards, Joseph
