Well, we have never had a Eurasian Collared Dove before, that we know of,
but we had one today. This has been quite the week for our backyard birds.
What a pretty bird. We normally have a full contingent of the Mourning
Doves so we are hoping the Eurasian will bring their friends.
Our Yellow-Headed Blackbird is still here. He seems to like it and we love
watching him.
We had our first Common Grackle of the season today.
The activity is full bore in South Weber.
Here are a couple of pictures my husband took of our Bullock's Oriole. We
have three males, but this one is winning the dominance contest.. no great
surprise. Look how brilliant he is.
