[Birdtalk] Goose Collar Numbers

If anyone reported goose collar numbers from birds at Delta and would like to compare with those recorded at Corinne, please reply. Members of Wasatch Audubon have recorded and reported 23 collar numbers since Saturday, including four new ones and a three-peat this morning.

As Betsy indicated, the geese showed up according to their usual schedule. It wasn't as good a watching day, however, because the birds didn't disperse southwest from the far side of the field to the good viewing area along 2400N. One group of perhaps 1000 birds did congregate in fields at the corner of 2400N. and 6800W. That was the best place to be today.

As with other days, the birds departed in the direction of the refuge by 11:30 a.m.
