[Birdtalk] Snow Geese tagged with neck collars

OK. I've searched the web for a place to report banded/collard birds and 
every link I get is dead.  I even searched the USGS site, were most of my 
other searches appeared to lead, and their links wouldn't come up.  Even 
their frequently asked questions had a link that went nowhere. (I may just 
be a poor surfer)

So I guess I'll just report them here.  Yesterday, March 3, 2007, in Delta 
we saw two collard Snow Geese.  The collars were black with white letters.  
Both collars had a large upright letter 'C' then 2 smaller letters written 
sideways one on top of the other.  They were 'LA' on one goose and I believe 
'RH' on the other.

If anyone knows the proper way to report these please let me know so I can 
fix the links on the utahbirds.org website.  Thanks.
