Here's the best list I could put together on a 7-mile loop hike in Card
Canyon, a tributary of Logan Canyon, in Cache County. I was being
pushed on by non-birders (implicitly, if not explicitly), so the list is
probably far from complete.
Red-tailed Hawk
Turkey Vulture
American Kestrel
Hairy Woodpecker
Red-naped Sapsucker
Northern Flicker
(Unidentified hummingbirds - heard only or silhouetted)
Western Wood-pewee (probably - didn't get great looks)
(Unidentified Empidonax flycatcher)
American Robin
Mountain Chickadee
Nuthatch (heard only - I think Red-breasted)
Yellow-rumped Warbler (Audubon's)
Chipping Sparrow
White-crowned Sparrow
Dark-eyed Junco
Red Crossbill
Towhee (heard only - I think Green-tailed)
