[Birdtalk] My first posting

I am a novice to bird watching and this is my first posting, so I hope I do
it right (you know that terrible fear of embarrassing yourself in front of
your peers - right?).  For the last three days I have been thoroughly
entertained by Western Scrub-jays gathering walnuts from under my neighbor's
walnut tree.  Some try to crack them open there while others fly off with
them.  You cerainly know when they are around with their sharp calls!
