[Birdtalk] Brighton birds

Had a nice walk around the Brighton Basin today - Lake Solitude, Twin
Lakes Pass, Mount Wolverine, Catherine Pass, and back to the car. Target
birds were 3-Toed Woodpecker, Williamson's Sapsucker, American Pipit, and
Red Crossbill. Struck out on all but the Sapsucker, which I found at Lake
Solitude, where a pair entertained me. Probably nesting there, as usual,
but I didn't see any little ones.

The only other unusual sighting was a Brown Creeper on the Brighton side
of the pass between Lake Solitude and Twin Lakes. I don't see those guys
very often, since I can't hear them.

Maybe I'll have better luck with my other three targets at the Bird Count
next Saturday, with more eyes and ears present to help out. :-)
