Just had a new yard bird! A beautiful Red-naped Sapsucker spent about 10 minutes on our pine tree, even resting in the sun abit so we had good looks at his red crown, nape and throat. He flew off to the northeast, so those of you in Millcreek area, keep on the lookout.

Yesterday we hiked the North Fork trail in the Uintas. Saw few birds but did see a Hairy and a Three-toed working trees near each other. Nice comparison opportunity.
