This afternoon the Sommerfield's and I observed a flock of at least 15 American White Pelican, flying over the Turpin unit at Farmington Bay WMA. The Sommerfield's told me they saw a smaller flock flying over before I arrived. A sure sign of spring and things to come... that is as soon as this snow moves on through! Good Birding Tim
