Message: On Feb.1,2007 at around 8:30pm I saw a Owl at a short distance flying north, 15ft. above, near 6500 south, just east of the jordan river. I believe it was a Snowy Owl, but could have been a Barn Owl? It sure looked like a Snowy Owl in it's appearance.
