[Birdtalk] Bear River Refuge Road Project - needs your help

Betsy, Connie, and all
 
I have a similar feeling about the road as Connie. Will it have enough of a  
shoulder to accommodate those of us that drive a couple of miles per hour to  
look everything over or will it be fifty miles per hour and birders beware? I  
hate the long bumpy road, but it could be worse.
