Keep your eyes open for the Rosy Finches in the Alta area up Little 
Cottonwood Canyon. 
Both among homes and buildings, and outward bound...(Put on skies 
w/skins and go... or at least get out and about.)
Best to get up high in the Alta area, although can sometimes be seen 
toward upper-end of Alta parking lot, at base of Grizzly Gulch.  Also 
can be seen in the area near Ben Hame and up Blackjack Ridge into the 
Westward-Ho area. 
I've seen them in the past up, during Winter, along the various ridges 
in the Alta-Snowbird skiing area.  Usually out along the ridge lines..
