While walking on the Provo River Trail, a WHITE-BREASTED NUTHATCH was first
heard, then seen. The location was on the trail about 200 yards east of the
most western parking lot near Utah Lake State Park. It was in the vicinity
of the rusty, leaky water valve located between the trail and Provo River.
On the return trip by the same location, the bird was not heard nor seen.
