[Birdtalk] BLUE GROSBEAKS - OSPREY QUESTIONS

Sunday 8-5-07 at 7;15 am.  There were a pair of blue grosbeaks at the state park in Charleston.  Follow the small dirt road until you come to the edge of the reservoir.  They were between the end of the road and the reservoir.  Since they were a pair, does that mean it is possible they nested in that area?  or do they migrate in pairs?   Also the ospreys, there,   were busy rebuilding their nests (why now?)  I watched them carry sticks in, and carefully place them in the nest.
