I decided to replace the battery in my camera and I went back to Hyrum Reservoir to get pictures of the Pacific Loon and Great Egret. I found a Lewis Woodpecker in some trees at 50 North 400 West (across the street from Cache High School) in Hyrum. I took some photos of the Pacific Loon and Great Egret, they are in the same location where I saw them this morning on the east end of the reservoir. A Bald Eagle spooked several hundred ducks off the east end of the reservoir and I was able to get some photos of it after it landed in a tree overlooking the reservoir. The eagle was a beautiful, mature bird. It was a great day birding.
