Rain, snow, shine, sleet, birders GO! The Prothonotary Warbler was just wonderful. Arnold helped us locate it across the street from his home, bouncing around from trees to bushes. Thanks Arnold for your help and kindness. I was really glad when Donna showed up, and I could pass-it-along to her. It's always more fun to share in the sightings, and to help others locate one of the beauties created for our enjoyment. Continue to PASS-IT-ALONG.

Oh the Joy of Birding

  Subject: [Birdtalk] Prothonotary Warbler

This afternoon when I checked my e-mail birds, and continued to see the reports of the Prothonotary Warbler in Morgan, and looking at Paul Higgins' beautiful pictures, I just had to go! It was 2:00 PM, but I thought I would try for the bird. I called Mark Stackhouse to get direction to the location, then pried my husband away from his football games and made him drive me to Morgan. Got there about 3:00 PM to find Margene Muhlstein (spelling) taking photos of the pretty little bird. She helped me to get on the bird. How exciting! Another one for my Utah list.

  I love birding. Glen doesn't
