Message: Bob Davis just called to report that the BL Kittiwake is still present below American Falls Dam. He said it's resting on the water out near the middle of the river between the observatioin platform and the boat ramp. I'm having trouble getting messages to go through so I'm trying this through the Utahbirds web site. If it gets posted multiple times I apologize.
