[Birdtalk] Birdsong Trail Addendum

I forgot to mention in my previous post to be prepared for morning canyon winds at the Birdsong and Rainbow Trails at the mouth of Ogden Canyon. The winds have a way of suppressing bird activity and your ability to detect the birds. I spent the windy hours this morning on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail where the terrain is more protected. By the time I finished my loop back at Rainbow Gardens, all was peaceful and the Yellow-breasted Chat was hassling me from a hidden location in the brush.

I've also enjoyed windless birding there in the late afternoon and evening.
