[Birdtalk] Sending hotline messages

And now one runs the risk of having the person that runs the hotline calling
you back and saying, 'You couldn't possibly have seen that...", because that
person is one of the "Local High Priests of Birding".
Can you tell I've become extremely cynical about the whole bird
sighting/reporting process?
