As Tim mentioned, I manage the Rare Bird and Hot Line report for Utah  
through the Division of Wildlife Resources (DWR).  You can call to  report birds at 
801-538-4730 and to listen to Birds that have been recently  reported too.  
The same information is posted on DWR's web site under the  Bird Sightings link 
at _www.wildlife.utah.gov/birdsightings_ 
(http://www.wildlife.utah.gov/birdsightings) .   Past Bird Sightings have been archived on the web site too.  
Sightings are  posted by County.
 
You can always call me directly at my business or on my cell phone listed  
below.  Enjoy the birds.
