Great 1 1/2 hours of birding this morning in Parley's Nature park in Salt Lake City ~ 2700 E and 2700 S. We had 23 species with Yellow, Audubon's, and VIRGINIA warblers, Lazuli Buntings and one Black-headed Grosbeak singing his heart out. When you come down the road into the park, don't cross the bridge; just take the trail that hugs the steep side of the park. The creek will be on your left. All of these birds were on this SW side of the park in the dense trees along the steep hillside.
No sign of a Blue-gray Gnatcatcher yet? Has anyone else seen one??
