[Birdtalk] An ID Challenge

Reminds me of a day a couple summers ago when myself and another birder went
mucking through Utah Lake in chase of a "Brown" Pelican off my fathers tip... 
He isn't a birder but gave a fairly good description...

Needless to say the only thing brown in "clean ol' Utah lake" that day was mud,
and I won't even mention what your already thinking...  Oh, and we did find the
"Brown" Pelican.  Too bad when it flew it showed classic American White Pelican
wings, and a body covered in lord knows what else.
