[Birdtalk] eBird and San Juan county

Regarding San Juan county I checked eBird the other day and much to my
surprise and delight discovered that 69 trip reports have been posted
about the county this year. Roughly 13% of those are mine, but the rest
belong to others. That number - 69 - might not seem like many, but to
place it perspective you should know that between the first eBird trip
report, dated 1978, and 2005 only 47 reports in total were posted. The
eBird county list has expanded from 114 species to 167 just since
August. Thank you to those of you who have taken the time to share your
information. And to those of you who have taken the time, knowing of my
special interst in yuor data, a very sincere and heartfelt thank you!
