[Birdtalk] Western Gull update

I will be heading out to Lee Kay shortly to look for the Gull Colby and I found
yesterday and will notify someone to post if the bird is relocated.

Thus far through ID-frontiers it has been an almost unanimous response for a
pure 3rd winter Western Gull.
