Seasons Greetings,

We've been neglecting Beaver County on the Utah Birds website! (Not in keeping with the Christmas spirit at all).

 - It's the only county that doesn't have a picture on its page.

 - It has only one "popular birding place" (Minersville Reservoir) listed for the county -- the least of any county.

 - The most recent sighting for Beaver County was by Judy Jordan in September of 2005 when she reported a White-throated Sparrow and a Merlin as the highlights.

If anyone has a photo of Minersville Reservoir or a picture that would be good for the Beaver County main page, could you please send it in so all counties will have a least one picture. (It might give someone, somewhere a little Christmas cheer).

Also, if anyone knows of any good birding places and could write up a little something to help someone who would like to bird in Beaver County, that would be a nice thing for our "most neglected county" in Utah.

Thanks to those who have contributed pictures and write-ups for good birding places around the state.  Our list keeps growing,the information keeps improving and the picture keep getting better.
