Hi,
Thanks to Cheryl and Kris for posting.
I went up to the west of Willard Bay first and did not have any trouble
finding the Black Terns. They are right at the beacon as posted. I also saw a
Northern Mockingbird in the big patches of phragmities (sic?) about a mile south
of the water. I looked at a lot of terns hoping to identify a common, but
until they transition a little more it is hard to do. The carpal bar just isn't
visible. They may have all been Forsters.
Next to AIC. The Ruddy Turnstone was right at the "no swimming bridge". The
Whimbrel was on the north side at about mile 2.1. I also found another
turnstone on the south side at about mile 1.8. When I left I checked on the way
back, the one was still at the afore mentioned bridge.
