[Birdnet] birding this weekend

Hi, all,

 

I am bringing a group of community college students (6 total) down to
Antelope Island and Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge this weekend. Is there
someplace else I should not miss with these beginning birders? I'd like to
hit the easy to see ducks and shorebirds first, then perhaps move into the
mountains for some slightly more challenging birds. Is there a good place to
camp in the mountains outside Logan or Ogden? Is there a place we could see
Blue (Dusky) Grouse or Ruffed Grouse displaying? Thanks for any advice.
