There was a flock of several hundred swirling shorebirds along the 
Antelope Island Causeway late this afternoon following yet another rain 
shower. There were at least 2 Dunlin in the flock, as well as numerous 
Western Sandpipers, some Least Sandpipers, and Sanderlings. There were 
also at least a dozen Black-bellied Plovers in the mix. I saw just one 
Red Knot (no complaints) late this afternoon. Willets were everywhere. 
Thanks to those who reported all of the good stuff.

P.S. What's with this rain every weekend?
