[Birdnet] Albino Red-tailed Hawk, Not a Snowy Owl

Thanks to Craig Fosdick I have realized that my hopefully Snowy Owl has turned out to be an albino Red-tailed or Rough-legged Hawk.  Thanks for your comment Craig, I appreciate your observation and detailed explanation.
