[Birdnet] Pale Harlan's

Cliff:
The unbarred primaries are uncommon but 'normal' for light harlan's. Usually it is a few secondaries that are unbarred if any but I do state that all the reminges (primaries and secondaries) can be unbarred. I have photos of all combinations of barred / unbarred harlan's.....the photo at the link below shows unbanded primaries with banded secondaries. Unbanded remiges occurs on a few Eastern RT's as well, but extremely uncommon.
