List-
The Whooper Swan is still present at Hagerman, ID. Justin Barrett and I saw
the Whooper around ~130pm Sunday 1/25 in a snowstorm, along with two Mute
Swans and 15 Trumpeter Swans. The bird has apparently not moved, as it was
seen on the Snake River along Bell Rapids Rd, just north of the old bridge
(Owsley Bridge?).
>From Hagerman, ID, on US 30, drive south ~3.5 mi on US 30 to S 1000 E, on
your right (west side of the road). Turn right onto S 1000 E, and follow it
across the Snake River on Owsley Bridge to a T-intersection with Bell
Rapids Rd. Make a right and head north on Bell Rapids Rd. The Whooper
along with the Trumpeters and the two Mute Swans are in the pool on your
right, just north of the bridge.
Good birding,
