[Birdnet] Glaucous Gull and American Golden Plover in Logan

I decided to run out to Sue's Ponds during a lull in the weather to
see if anything got blown in. Two things of note included an Am.
Golden Plover and a juvenile Glaucous Gull. I at first thought it
might be a Herring hybrid, but after speaking with Ryan O'Donnell and
then rechecking against photos online, I'm convinced that it is a pure
Glaucous. It stuck out like a sore thumb and was last seen on the
playa about 30 minutes ago.

Another quick note - I found a shotgunned Ring-Billed in the grass
near the playa. Is this something I should report and to whom?
