I also went birding in boxelder county on monday and tuesday(spent the night at Salt Creek) and saw thousands of SNOW GEESE in corine, south of 2400 N, including many ROSS'S GEESE and several BLUE MORPH SNOW GEESE.here is a good photo of all three together www.flickr.com/photos/bryanto/2327468539/
Also of interest at BRMBR was a MERLIN on the road to the loop,3 RED-BREASTED MERGANSERS, and 3 TRUMPETER SWANS at the southwest corner of the loop mixed with Tunda's.see photo at www.flickr.com/photos/bryant/2328290842/.
Also saw a Double Crested Cormorant in the Bear River, a flock of 15 American White Pelicans, several small groups of Cinnamon Teal, many pairs of Sandhill Cranes, some Greater?Yellow Legs, and a pair of Hooded Merganser at SCWMA. Did I mention Ducks, and Tundra Swans every were, probably peak numbers for the season. No Greater white-fronted Geese though, despite check nearly every group of Canada's,which gets very tedious after awhile.
Good Birding
