[Birdnet] Red-breasted Merganser in south Salt Lake valley

This afternoon I saw a male Red-breasted Merganser while counting Canada
geese in a small pond just northeast of I-15 and Bangerter Hwy in south Salt
Lake Valley. It looked like it had an injured wing because it kept one wing
sticking up the whole time I observed it. Sibley's guide says they are rare
in Utah. I was excited to see it, but I was wondering how rare they really
are. If anyone else is interested, I can post directions.
