[Birdnet] Kris Purdy--Update

I talked with Kris this afternoon.  She asked me to post that they are moving her to the University of Utah Hospital this evening.  She doesn't yet have a date for the surgery, she thought within the next few days.  As Betsy said in last night's post, they are removing a spinal bone fragment near the spinal cord (pretty tricky stuff).
   
  She is in great spirits, her jovial self with lots of laughs, amidst the pain. She send everyone her thanks, love and friendship.  She said to tell everyone to get out and find some "good birds" but don't tell her...it would drive her "nuts".
