[Birdnet] Lee Kay gulls

We checked out the gulls at Lee Kay Ponds (Salt Lake Co.)  late this
afternoon.  Besides several hundred Ring-billed and California Gulls, we
also saw:

2 Mew Gulls (one first winter, one adult)
1 Glaucous-winged Gull (2nd winter)
2 Lesser Black-backed Gulls (one 1st winter with hurt leg, one 2nd
winter)
~10 Herring Gulls
~10 Thayer's Gulls

Speaking of gulls, we saw the Slaty-backed/Western gull last Tuesday, and
are wondering if any conclusion has been reached as to which it is.  We
thought it most closely fit the description of a 3rd winter Slaty-backed
Gull, but we have no experience with this species, and little with
Western Gull.  Any thoughts?
