All units still frozen.  Only a few open water pockets at water-control
structure outlets.   Usually waterfowl numbers begin to build in February.
Average for this week in February is 18,000.

Other birds noted, 248 horned larks, 11 tree sparrows, 4 song sparrows, 1
red-winged blackbird and a single Say's Phoebe that just visited outside my
window!
