I went out yesterday afternoon and the hawk wasn't found. I even went further West and came back into that area on the rural roads, but to no avail. If anyone is wanting to track it down, it looks like morning is the best time to see it in that area.

The Red-shouldered Hawk was still present same location at 8:00 am this morning. Take the Park Lane exit in Farmington off of Highway 89 exit near Lagoon. Drive West. The Hawk is on a snag just over the freeway overpass part. Be cautious pulling off due to the shoulder not being very big.
