[Birdnet] Dipper

This little guy was at the lower "waterfall" at Red Butte Gardens this 
evening. I didn't have my scope, so it isn't the closest picture, but 
hey, you can tell what it is, right?
Red Butte Gardens is/are accessed by driving east on Wakara Way off of 
Foothill Blvd., just south of the U. of U. Not much else of interest up 
there tonight.
